California was many things. It was sunny, cloudy, familiar. It was filled with wonder and whimsy and I connected to the ocean once more. I learned a lot about myself, and have a certain pride now. There were moments created just for me, and I was thankful for those. I would return in a heartbeat and I know that there will be many more adventures there for me. California was that defining moment, on so many levels. It was like finding that star in the night sky and claiming it as your own. It was magical in it's own special way. No regrets.
